Governor Guidance Sessions

13th January 2015, 11:49
The national profile of governance has never been higher, with the current government committed to supporting schools with a range of measures designed to ensure effective governance. As part of Avec’s ongoing support for governance at a local level, we are pleased to announce the introduction of regular Governor Guidance Sessions where each session will focus on a specific area of interest and involve contributions from external speakers.

The first two of our Governor Guidance Sessions will take place in February and will be led by David Walker, Avec’s Senior Partner: Leadership and Governance, supported by contributions from Ofsted and the Education Funding Agency.
