We are looking to recruit outstanding, high calibre and adaptable individuals who are articulate, confident, and can conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. Candidates will be experienced professionals, who are willing to work flexibly, with excellent communication skills, and be responsive to the needs of our clients. Candidates who possess a background in schools, academies or local government will have a distinct advantage.

We are seeking exceptional candidates for full and part time opportunities in the following areas:


Human Resources(competitive salary + benefits package)

An experienced HR professional who will cover a broad range of duties including HR advice on staffing issues, pay and performance management, recruitment, policies & procedures, TUPE and Union negotiations.

The candidate must:

·      Have a relevant HR qualification and/or a minimum of 3 years experience in a HR environment

·      Demonstrable experience in managing performance, absence, TUPE, staffing restructure and general HR advice

Finance(competitive salary + benefits package)

A finance professional who will work with our clients to provide financial support such as budget preparation, forecasting and monitoring, year end account reconciliation, and producing financial reports and presenting these to Governing Bodies.

The candidate must:

·      Have a relevant finance qualification and/or a minimum of 3 years experience in a finance environment.

·      Experience of producing complex budgets, year end accounting and an understanding of school and academy funding

Governance(competitive salary + benefits package)

An experienced and adaptable professional who will possess the skills to give clear specialist advice and support to Governors, Head Teachers and Senior Leaders.

The candidate must:

·      Have a relevant NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification and a minimum of 3 years experience working with schools and governing bodies

·      Experience of advising Governors/Directors/Trustees, and an ability to demonstrate excellent organisational skills.

Health and Safety(competitive salary + benefits package)

A health and safety professional who will advise on health and safety issues, review policies and procedures and provide advice and training to our clients as required.

The candidate must:

·      Have a relevant health and safety qualification and a minimum of 3 years experience in a health and safety environment

·      Experience of carrying out risk assessments, site inspections and advising on appropriate policies
